It is a shame that millions of people around the world do not like seafood. This number includes my colleague who gagged when we were talking about fish. Sea foods have been known for its nutrients and have a lot of health benefits. It is high in Omega 3 which is the fat that compose our brain, thus it has been considered a brain food. It also high in protein which is good for our muscles.Research has shown that it can alleviate depression and anxiety; and it is also good for your heart.

In the blog, I made several recipes that you can make to make you love eating sea foods. These recipes worked with my children who abhor sea foods, but whenever I used these recipes, they eat the fish as if it is chicken.

I am an advocate of meals that consist of fish, specially salmon, but you have to be very careful where you get them because wrong way harvesting may lead to seafood poisoning  and we do not want that, right?
