I got this recipe from Food.Com  and I would say it is a very wonderful recipe. It is easy to follow and it resulted a perfect Pumpkin Cheesecake every time. I made this with the Graham Cracker Pie Crust and the Pillsbury instant Pie Crust. You can take it to your Pot Luck Thanksgiving Party and you will become an instant celebrity, I promise.You can give also give this as a present for somebody’s birthday. Your friends will rave about it just like we do. As for myself and my family, since I learned making this Pumpkin Cheesecake, we no longer buy from Barnes and Noble which cost $ 4.00 per slice.

It is also very easy!! I made this when I came home from work and just whip everything up and let my feet rest and I took a little nap while it was baking. It really is a perfect dessert to make for busy moms and working women like you and me. If I was able to make it in my spare time, you can do it too…

I wish this is my original recipe because this is indeed the Best Pumpkin Cheesecake ever!!!! Try it yourself and you will not be disappointed.

    1. This is just a store bought Apple Caramel Dip. I got 3 tablespoon of caramel dip and I microwaved water. Then I added 1 tablespoon of hot water to the dip to thin its consistency. Pretty much you can eyeball the mixture on how thick or thin you want the caramel sauce…
