Orange Mango Smoothie is your sunshine smoothie of the day. It is consists of only 4 Ingredients and it is completely vegan. I opt out on yogurt on this one because I want it to be lesser on fat. It is very simple to make similar to the 4 Ingredient Avocado Banana Smoothie and the Post Work Out smoothie I previously made. What I love most about this is it is very easy to prepare… five minutes total. Isn’t it what we love for our post work out drink? EASY AND CONVENIENT TO MAKE?
I am very proud of myself today. I spent an hour in the gym and I even snuck in some weight lifting. I wish I am always a gym lover but I am not. In fact, I am forced to go to the gym due to my location…I live very near to our community gym and when I drop my son off to school, I literally drive through the gym’s door when I turn the car around. A blessing and a curse to me because every time I decide not to go, I always feel guilty; and it makes me feel like a bad person;so when it is school days, I spend a minimum of 15 minutes to that damn gym, dragging myself off to run on the treadmill just to clear my conscience.
And then after exercising, I have to be mindful of what I drink or eat. Hence this another smoothie flavor.
This Mango and Orange smoothie are very citrusy and it has a lot of fibers from the orange. You can feel the fiber as you sip on this drink.You can replace the milk with orange juice if you desire, and I have tried both of them, but since I ran out of OJ, I used the milk instead. However, both tastes great either way, so whatever you decide, you will not go wrong.
- 2 pieces Mandarin Orange, peeled
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and cored
- 1 piece frozen banana
- ⅔ cup of Silk Almond milk
- Put all of the ingredients in the blender and blend ingredients until smooth.
