Sesame Seed and Walnut Chocolate is the healthy vegan snack for today. It is so fast to make and certainly really good. I eat it in the middle of my work out. I eat one piece after 30 minutes of running in the treadmill and another one after the whole work out session. These simple, homemade chocolates fuel back the sugar I lost during work out and it give me more energy during workout session. Just to inform you though, that this is not similar to the store bought ones because firstly, there is no chocolate melting involve. hope you will love this too.
- 2 tbsp cocoa unsweetened powder
- ½ cup figs
- ½ cup walnut
- ½ tbsp of sugar or more
- 2 tbsp Sesame seed to mix with the other ingredients
- ¼ cup Sesame seeds to coat the chocolates
- Place ingredients 1 - 5 in a processor until thoroughly grounded and become sticky. Remove from the processor and form balls. Roll into Sesames seed that are place in a plate. Enjoy!
